Advance Booking:
Clients can book their desired classes in advance through our online booking system or App. Classes can be booked up to 21 days in advance
Start time and Late Arrival Policy
This policy is in place to ensure the upmost safety of all participants and to prevent injury
- We kindly request that clients arrive no less than 5 minutes before the class start time.
- If you anticipate being late, please notify the studio as soon as possible.
- Once the class has commenced, late arrivals of 5 minutes or more will result in the no admittance to the class and credit will be lost.
Special Offers:
Special offers are subject to one purchase per person only. Special offers cannot be shared between clients. Introductory Offers: Valid for new clients only.
Payment terms
- The rates of our classes and packages are displayed on our website.
- All sessions and packages must be paid in advance.
- All purchases (memberships, classes, gift cards, subscriptions) are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
- Payments, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified
- All class bundles have a set expiration period from the date of purchase. Please note these vary between bundles. Extensions will not be granted.
- Prices may increase periodically In the event of a price increase, we will endeavour to provide notice as much as practically possible
- Membership Payment
- One (1) Month Membership – Initial payment of one (1) month from date of purchase. One monthly payment will automatically be taken on the auto-renew date (one month from date of purchase) until cancelled as per cancellation terms.
- Three (3) Month Membership – Initial payment of one (1) month from date of purchase. Minimum term of three (3) months apply. One monthly payment will automatically be taken on the auto-renew date (one month from date of purchase). The membership will renew for an additional term of three (3) months until cancelled as per cancellation terms.
- Direct debit continues until written cancellation is received by email to info@poise-reforme.co.uk– Cancelling via bank does not end your contract.
- Membership freezes may be granted after 6 months for up to one calendar month, with written notice to info@poise-reforme.co.uk
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance via our online booking system
Cancellation of class & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. To maintain fairness and studio flow, please note our cancellation terms:
-Class Cancellations
Cancelation of classes can be actions via the Poise-ReforME app or on the mind body website.
- Cancel more than 12 hours before class: credit returned.
- Cancel less than 12 hours or no-show: credit lost.
- Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) will not be admitted and credit lost.
Monthly Membership Cancellations:
- All monthly membership cancellations (one month and three month) must be received in writing 14 days prior to your contract renewal date (one (1) month – monthly / three (3) monthly – every three (3) months. Direct debit continues until written cancellation is received by email to info@poise-reforme.co.uk
Private Sessions
• Require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee unless otherwise agreed
