Cancellation Policy
Cancellations; Please cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will result in the loss of a class credit.
Refunds; We do not offer cash refunds, if you cannot make a class and adhere to our cancellation policy your credits will be returned to your account. Credits will be lost
3 Month membership; Contracts will renew at expiry date for an additional 3 months. To prevent contract rolling at the end of the term, cancellations must be received in writing to info@poise-reforme.co.uk 14 days or greater prior to auto-renew date.
Monthly Memberships; Contracts will renew each month. Cancellations must be received in writing to info@poise-reforme.co.uk 14 days or greater prior to auto-renew date.
