Reformer Pilates is a type of Pilates that uses a specialized machine called a Reformer, which employs springs, pulleys, and straps to provide adjustable resistance for a more dynamic and challenging full-body workout than mat-based Pilates. This equipment allows for a wider range of movements and helps to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture through both pushing against and pulling against the resistance.  

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, nothing too baggy. No uncovered zips on clothing as this could damage apparatus.Grip socks are mandatory for both safety and sanitary reasons. If you do not have grip socks, you can purchase them at the studio before class. 

Sessions are 50 minutes with the exception of 1:1 and duet, these are 60 minutes.

All session times include warm up and cool down.

There is free parking onsite.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a group class you can do so via the booking system, that credit will then be returned to your account for future use.

If you cancel your reservation within 12 hours before the class it is considered a “Late Cancel” and you will lose the class credit. . 

Please arrive up to 10 minutes early to your class. For safety reasons, we do not permit members to enter class more than 5 minutes late. 

We have a waiting area to store your belongings during class and a bathroom to change in.. 

For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will be refused entry and loose the class credit.
