Poise ReforME – Health & Medical Disclaimer

By attending sessions at Poise ReforME, you confirm and agree that:

• Physical Readiness: You are in appropriate physical condition to participate in reformer Pilates and related movement practices.

• Medical Consultation: You understand it is your responsibility to consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise program.

• Disclosure of Health Conditions: You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation.

• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation involves physical exertion and inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing during sessions.

• Release of Liability: You release Poise ReforME, ts instructors, employees, and affiliates from liability for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during or after sessions, except in cases of proven gross negligence or misconduct.

• Studio Access & Equipment: Poise ReforME reserves the right to modify, limit, or withdraw access to studio facilities or equipment at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss, except where required by law.

• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate. All sessions are undertaken at the client’s own risk.

• Injury or Illness: Poise ReforME, its staff, and agents are not liable for injury, illness, or death occurring on the premises or through use of studio equipment, except where negligence is legally established.

• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto studio premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

• Guests & Visitors: Any guests accompanying clients are subject to the same terms and assume personal responsibility for their safety and belongings.

Property Access & Liability Waiver Policy

• Assumption of Risk

By entering the property at Park Cottage, Boxley, Maidstone, Kent ME143DH including the house car park and walking route to the studio, all individuals acknowledge and accept that:

• They do so entirely at their own risk.

• They are responsible for their own safety while parking, walking, or accessing the studio.

• The route may include uneven surfaces, shared access ways, or public roads not maintained by Poise ReforME.

• Limitation of Liability

Poise ReforME, its owner, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring in the car park, on the driveway, or en route to the studio.

• Any loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles, while on or near the premises.

• Any incidents occurring outside the studio itself, including before or after scheduled sessions.

• Personal Responsibility

Visitors are expected to:

• Park safely and legally in designated areas.

• Exercise caution when walking to and from the studio.

• Follow any posted signage or verbal instructions regarding access and safety.
